How to request a refund:
Email hello@enjoyclarity.co with your order number. We'll process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscription orders:
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No phone calls. No retention scripts. If a subscription order has already shipped, we treat it under the 30-day guarantee.

Damaged or wrong items:
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
