You can cancel any one-time order before it ships at no cost.

How to cancel a one-time order:
Email hello@enjoyclarity.co with your order number within 12 hours of placing the order. We'll cancel and refund in full. If the order has already shipped, it falls under our 30-day money-back guarantee — keep the product, email us, we'll refund.

Subscription cancellations:
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard at enjoyclarity.co/account. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no minimum commitment. Changes take effect immediately for any future shipments.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged. If a subscription order has already been processed, it ships and falls under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 3 business days and typically appear on your payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
