Shipping Policy

Where we ship:
United States only at this time. International shipping launches Q1 2027.

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Subscription orders ship on a recurring schedule based on your start date.

Shipping speed:
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days from when your order is processed.

Cost:
- Subscription orders: Free shipping, always.
- One-time orders over $50: Free shipping.
- One-time orders under $50: Flat rate $5.95.

Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or stuck shipments:
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email hello@enjoyclarity.co. We'll work with the carrier and either resend or refund.

Address changes:
Once an order has been processed, we can't change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you catch the error within 1 hour, email us immediately.
